Over the past few weeks we have been working hard behind the scenes on how we will be able to operate and minimise the risk of Coronavirus cross infection. Strict safety protocols have been issued that we will adhere to as precautionary measures so that you, as our patient, are protected during your time at Renovo Aesthetics.
Outlined below is a summary and will be strictly administered at all times:
PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT:
Prior to your appointment we will send you a consultation form to be completed and returned to us electronically.
For new clients, we will organise an initial consultation via telephone, FaceTime or Zoom.
All patients wishing to attend the clinic will be screened for current pyrexic illnesses, recent travel, recommendations made by the government relating to self isolation, shielding or quarantine.
On the day of their appointment, patients must wait in their car until authorised to enter the clinic.
Patient must wear an appropriate face mask. If the client doesnʼt have a mask, Renovo will place a surgical mask outside the entrance door for client to collect prior to entrance.
The clinic entrance door will be locked at all times.
Entrance into the clinic building will only be available through a staff member opening the door when adjudged safe to do so. Upon entering the clinic, each client will have their temperature checked, and if safe to proceed, will be required to thoroughly sanitise their hands at the sanitising stand. Patient must refrain from touching any surfaces, including door handles.
Only one patient (at any time) will be allowed to attend the clinic.
The reception room will remain closed at all times.
Renovo staff members will wear full PPE kit at all times.
We have enhanced cleaning schedules in place, which includes full room sanitisation after each patient.
Where possible, we request that patients pay by card as opposed to cash, to limit cross contamination.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse entry to the clinic of anyone we feel appears to be unwell.
