We advise all our clients to read through the clinic terms and conditions before making a booking. These are put in place to safeguard the clinic and to ensure the maximum standards and service are offered to the client. In booking an appointment you are agreeing to the clinic terms and conditions stated below.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We remind clients that in order to change or cancel an appointment we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellation of appointments must be made via the phone and we do not accept any cancellations via email, text or Facebook. All missed or cancelled appointments which fall inside the 48 hour notice period will incur a set charge of £50.

 

TREATMENT CONDITIONS

All clients must pay a £50 deposit to secure a treatment booking. The deposit is deducted from the total on the day of procedure. For consultations, a booking fee of £20 is applicable (£30 laser), which is refunded if the client chooses not to go ahead with a treatment, or proves to be unsuitable for treatment at the consultation. If the client does choose to go ahead with treatment after the consultation, the booking fee already paid is deducted from the price of the treatment.

Prior to commencement of any treatment (including patch test for laser) you are required to sign a Consent Form. Upon signing your consent, you are confirming that you understand the benefits and risks of your treatment. In addition, you are also acknowledging that no guarantee can be given with regard to clinical outcome.

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. We will provide a “top up” following 14 days of anti-wrinkle treatment at no further cost to the client, at the discretion of the practitioner and subject to review. This will only apply to the area treated during the original visit.

We can provide a “top up” of lip filler and other filler treatment at a cost of 20% off the original treatment cost to the client, at the discretion of the practitioner and subject to review. This will only apply to the area treated during the original visit.

All of our treatments are not eligible for refund.

 

LIABILITY

Renovo Aesthetics Ltd or Renovo MediSpa Ltd will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

Children are not allowed into laser controlled areas and Renovo Aesthetics Ltd or Renovo MediSpa Ltd is unable to supervise children left unattended in the waiting room. Please do not bring children under the age of 10 unless a responsible adult is accompanying you and can look after them whilst you are being treated.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide the designated practitioner with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Renovo Aesthetics Ltd or Renovo MediSpa Ltd will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by Renovo Aesthetics Ltd or Renovo MediSpa Ltd regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Renovo Aesthetics Ltd or Renovo MediSpa Ltd’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Renovo Aesthetics Ltd or Renovo MediSpa Ltd’s negligence.
